Meet The Pharmacists
Elizabeth Locklear, PharmD
Hello, my name is Elizabeth Locklear. I graduated from Campbell University School of Pharmacy with honors in 2004. I am originally from the suburbs of Charlotte, NC and first moved to Wilmington in 1997 when I started college at UNCW. While at UNCW I discovered a love for science, especially chemistry. I wanted to find a career that would combine my love for chemistry and the ability to help others. I came across pharmacy and began my journey that has led me to Rocky Point Pavilion Pharmacy.
My husband, Joey, and I have a two young children. Our son, Oliver is 4 and LOVES going to the beach during the summer. He can dig in the sand and jump the waves all day! Our daughter, Charlotte is 3 and has a personality that is larger than life. She loves to dance and sing (especially her ABC’s). Oliver and Charlotte are very close in age which has made them the best of friends!
I love working in the Rocky Point community. I feel that this is truly a community that cares for one another. It has been my pleasure to serve the Rocky Point community the last several years and I hope to do so for several years to come.
Denise Marrotta, RPh began as a Food Science major at Cook College at Rutgers University before transferring to the College of Pharmacy. Denise graduated from The College of Pharmacy at Rutgers University in 1985.
Denise has practiced pharmacy in various settings but has always enjoyed the independent pharmacy because it provides the time for individual care that every customer deserves. She enjoys sharing her pharmaceutical knowledge with our customers as she counsels them about their prescriptions.
She and her husband, Joe, and two daughters, Marlee and Rena, moved to North Carolina in 2008 from New Jersey. In Denise’s words, they escaped the Jersey winters and taxes! She and her family have embraced the Carolina beach lifestyle and love the beautiful weather.”
In Denise’s spare time, she enjoys watching her daughters play volleyball, spending time at the beaches, traveling, and playing with her two rescue pups: Callie and Lucky.
Denise says, “I am very fortunate in that I get to work at both Village Pharmacy and Rocky Point Pavilion Pharmacy on a regular basis. Rocky Point Pavilion Pharmacy is bilingual and as a result, I am brushing up on my Spanish while I work. Both of our pharmacies provide professional care at the right price.”

Nancy Delgado, CPT
Hello, my name is Nancy Grecia Galeno Delgado and I\’ve lived in North Carolina most of my life. I graduated from Wallace-Rose Hill High school with honors in 2006. (Go Bulldogs!) I continued my studies at the University of Mount Olive where I graduated with a bachelors degree in Visual Communications in 2010. I speak English and Spanish fluently. (Hablo Español) I love being bilingual, especially for the opportunity it gives me to help people. I was the first bilingual employee hired at either location and since then our Spanish speaking customers have increased exponentially. I am a certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) and I really enjoy working at Rocky Point Pavilion Pharmacy. I love helping my community in both a pharmacy setting and outside of work I am very active in the church. I come from a very large family, I have 4 sisters and 1 brother. I am also the proud aunt of 10 nephews and nieces that I love very much. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, being artsy, going to ComicCon, and watching Netflix. I look forward to meeting and helping you with your healthcare needs.
Hi, my name is Noemi Mata-Quistian. I graduated from Heide Trask High school in 2016. I continued my education at Cape Fear Community College where I graduated with honors in 2018. At Cape Fear I received my Associates Degree in Community Spanish Interpreter in the Medical Field. I am also the first in my family to receive a college diploma.
My family has always supported me in everything I do. I have lived in North Carolina all my life, I love it here. I enjoy having the beach close to us. I’ve played soccer since I was about 6 years old and had the chance to play College Soccer as well. That was an amazing experience. We made it to nationals and traveled to Florida.
I’ve learned how an independent pharmacy functions and how medications can impact the lives of customers on a daily basis. I can speak English and Spanish fluently, it really helps how I interact with different people on a daily basis at the pharmacy. When someone walks into the pharmacy, I quickly greet them with a smile and ask them if they need help with anything. We make sure to make our customers priority. I look forward to help present and future customers with all their healthcare needs.

I try my best to help out the customers understand what medicines they are picking up for the day.
